- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hate this place! I had a family member that was suffering from chest pain and short breathing and had to take him to an urgent care and this one was the closest one to us but it was a total mistake. First of all the Aid Medical Assistants and Nursing Assistants that work there are clueless in what their suppose to do in their job. My family member was suffering from short breathing and the assistants didn't know how to connect the oxygen tube nor how to manipulate the settings to be able to put the necessary oxygen level for the patient. They didn't even know how to properly put the oxygen tube on the patient's nose. Once my aunt (who is a nurse) showed them how to use the equipment they proceeded to check his chest. He had to lay down in a bed which was in the wrong position and the nurse assistant had to fix it but since this place only hires people that are not qualified in nurse assisting, they didn't even know how to do that. To top that off when it was the doctors turn to talk and give my family member his diagnostics he was the rudest person I have met! His gave us an attitude and told us that my family member really needed to go to a hospital because his condition he came in was critical and could possibly die. He had the nerve to tell us he had done the diagnostic and treat my family member because of the money! He also was joking about the injection he had given to my family member, he sayed that the effect was going to ware off and he was going to start choking again and eventually had to go to a real hospital.
