- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give no stars, I would. This is the worst place I've ever been. I've been there eight or so times, and have never seen the same dentist twice. I've even had it where I'm there with my kids, and they are seen by one dentist and I'm seen by another. It makes absolutely no sense. Because there's a different dentist everytime, they don't know what's going on with your mouth. One time, they filled one of my husband's teeth that didn't need filling yet. One visit there wasn't a hygienist, so some lady attempted to clean my teeth, but didn't know what she was doing. They're phone system is dumb. You get about 5 reminders in the week leading up to the appointment, and several the day of, which is annoying. What's even worse, you get reminders for appointments for anyone on the account. We've tried talking about it with them, and they said they'd fix it, but they never do. Yeah, the staff is friendly, but that's about all they've got going for them.October 06, 2017by Poshing with Pacifico

- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer Service was FANTASTIC. I was confused with certain things relating to my insurance providers and one of the staff helped me to the fullest and we got the help my dad needed.
