  Pharmacy manager is awesome, but the majority of the staff act as if they don't care and couldn't be bothered. I went in 5 time to get my prescriptions and they didn't even have half of them ready. I called each time before I went to pick them up and was told they were all ready. My husband went to pick them up and only one was ready and submitted to the insurance. 2 medications I need to stay out of the hospital. I called again and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying, kept cutting me off, and told me that she was transferring my file and all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Even after expressing that I needed these meds to keep me out of the hospital. Before she completely hung up, she yelled " transfer all this bitches prescriptions to CVS!" So bow the poor pharmacist at CVS is doing everything he can to get them transferred so I can have them tonight so I don't have to go into the hospital. That is just my experience from today. Everytime I go there, there is a problem and other is their mess up. I feel bad for the pharmacy manager that he is stuck with incompetent employees.
